What You'll Do As a Site Supervisor/Customer Relations specialist, you will oversee subcontractor teams, ensuring quality and timeliness of installations. Your role involves extensive local travel, direct interaction with clients to manage expectations, measure job sites, and coordinate with our head office to ensure smooth operations.

Who You Are You are a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills, adept at managing multiple tasks in a field-based environment. You thrive in roles that require both management and customer interaction, bringing a mix of operational coordination and client-facing skills to ensure project success.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License
• Basic understanding of construction and landscaping
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Legal eligibility to work in the U.S.

Bonus Requirements

• Experience in sales or customer service roles
• Local area knowledge and familiarity with Apollo Beach, FL
• Prior experience in a supervisory or managerial role within construction
